Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your chatbot stays active until the end of your current billing period. What is your refund policy?

What counts as a conversation?
A conversation starts when a visitor opens the chatbot on your website. Each page load where the chatbot initializes counts as one conversation toward your monthly limit. Browsing categories or starting over within the same session does not count as additional conversations.
